Team Lead GO
Pin-Up Global is looking for a Team Lead GO to join their engineering department. This role involves leading, mentoring, and growing an engineering team while ensuring high standards of technical delivery and execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technical decisions, balancing business priorities with technical quality, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
- Lead, mentor, and grow an engineering team.

- Identify and mitigate delivery and technical risks.
- 1+ year of experience leading engineering teams, with 5+ years of software development experience (required)
- Strong hands-on experience with Go and modern backend development (required)
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and driving technical delivery (required)
- Proven experience mentoring engineers, conducting 1:1s, providing feedback, and supporting career growth (required)
- Experience hiring engineers and participating in technical interviews (required)
- Ability to make technical decisions, resolve conflicts, and align engineering with business goals (required)
- Experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems (required)
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar) (required)
- Experience working with message brokers such as Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, or similar (required)
- Good understanding of cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS) and CI/CD (required)
- Basic understanding of frontend development (required)
