UI/UX Designer
Pin-Up Global is seeking a UI/UX Designer. This role involves the development of designs for the main platforms: Web, iOS, and Android. The designer will build and maintain Design Systems, create interactive prototypes, and collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to achieve a quality user experience. The position also includes competitor analysis and presenting design decisions to the team, explaining the rationale behind them.

- Development of design for the main platforms Web, iOS, Android
- Build and maintain Design Systems (create and customize auto layout, variants)
- Describe the rules of behavior of new modules Guide & Rules
- Create interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to achieve a quality user experience
- Competitor analysis
- Presentation of your decisions to the team, ability to tell how and why such decisions were made
- At least 5 years of experience with commercial projects (required)
- Understanding of modern UX design principles and methodology (required)
- Understanding of AI in principles and how to apply it for a daily work (required)
- Ability to find and use references (required)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and design rationale (required)
- Knowledge of popular UI component libraries and system design methodologies (required)
