Analytics Manager

Description

Playtech Managed Services is looking for a passionate Analytics Manager to support the B2C division. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. Please note that the position is with a fixed-term contract.

The role involves conducting detailed analysis across a broad spectrum of customer management initiatives, including campaign analysis, player segmentation, CRM optimisation, and player lifecycle optimisation. The Analytics Manager will monitor and report on performance, produce financial reporting for the operation, and support compliance with regulatory, AML, KYC, and Responsible Gaming reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed analysis across a broad spectrum of customer management initiatives, including campaign analysis, player segmentation, CRM optimisation, and player lifecycle optimisation.
  • Monitor and report on performance and produce financial reporting for the operation, including analysis for joint venture partners from time to time.
  • Support Compliance with regulatory, AML, KYC, and Responsible Gaming reporting.
  • Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Determine and report against key KPIs.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities in order to add value.
  • Deep dive into complex data sets in order to understand, identify, and monitor key factors which can improve KPIs and drive the business forward.
  • Manage and deliver projects on tight deadlines.
  • Deliver stand-alone presentations giving insight on commercial challenges, requiring complex analysis using large multi-variable data sets, presenting results and recommendations to senior audiences.
  • Work with management to prioritise business and information needs.
Requirements
  • Have strong knowledge of and experience with SQL (required).
  • Possess knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, Pandas, PowerBI, Tableau) (required).
  • Have experience with CRM-related analysis, including customer segmentation, campaign analysis, costing, and ROI calculations (required).
  • Are able to deal with large volumes of numerical data (required).
  • Have an interest in the Casino/Sports Betting/Gaming industry and a good understanding of our customers (required).
  • Are able to manage multiple parallel tasks and work within project timelines (required).
  • Work well both individually and as part of a small team (required).
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, or similar BI/data visualisation tools (nice-to-have).
  • Prior experience within the Casino/Sports Betting/Gaming industry (nice-to-have).
