Business Analyst
Playtech‘s POP team is looking for a diligent and meticulous Business Analyst with a willingness to work in an international environment. The role involves documenting and translating business needs, conducting stakeholder analysis, and acting as an interface between development/support teams and clients/requestors. The successful candidate will assist at various levels of the project, including task analysis, and prepare functional specification documents, use cases, and interface guides for end-user reference. They will also collaborate with the test team to ensure sufficient coverage and run User Acceptance Tests.
- Document and translate business needs, conducting stakeholder analysis.
- Elicit project and business requirements, and lead requirements review sessions.
- Act as an interface between development/support teams and clients/requestors.
- Assist at various levels of the project, including task analysis.
- Prepare functional specification documents, use cases, and interface guides for end-user reference.
- Collaborate with the test team to ensure sufficient coverage.
- Run User Acceptance Tests.
- 3+ years of experience in Business or System Analysis (required).
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing (required).
- Understand basic software architecture principles (required).
- Familiar with UML diagrams (required).
- Experience describing interfaces and interactions between systems (required).
- Solid experience in conducting technical discussions (required).
- Exceptional analytical, lateral, and critical thinking skills (required).
- Self-motivated, assertive, and have a pleasant personality (required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing (required).
- Upper-intermediate or fluent English proficiency (required).
- Experience in the gambling/gaming industry (nice-to-have).
- Software development background (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with AI tools (nice-to-have).
