Data Analyst

You will execute and support PTMS's business intelligence initiatives. Work with department heads to deliver analytical insights for Customer Service, Responsible Gambling, Risk Management, Player Engagement, and Product. Conduct data quality checks and implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and business metrics. Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision-making. Ensure data analysis follows regulatory requirements and responsible gambling principles. Collaborate with Technical teams to optimize data extraction and reporting processes. Support departmental stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests.
- Execute and support PTMS's business intelligence initiatives.
- Work with department heads to deliver analytical insights for Customer Service, Responsible Gambling, Risk Management, Player Engagement, and Product.
- Conduct data quality checks and implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy.

- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Ensure data analysis follows regulatory requirements and responsible gambling principles.
- Collaborate with Technical teams to optimize data extraction and reporting processes.
- Support departmental stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field (required).
- Have 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles (required).
- Possess at least 1 year of experience in the gambling/gaming industry (required).
- Are proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation (required).
- Excel in working with both real-time and batch data processing (required).
- Understand gambling industry metrics and KPIs (required).
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required).
- Are experienced with data quality assurance and validation processes (required).
- Having knowledge of responsible gambling principles and industry practices (nice-to-have).
