Quality Assurance Specialist
Playtech is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest quality in live production by testing and monitoring both new and existing gaming products according to company standards.
The role involves running internal test cycles before product launches and preparing all required documentation to support business operations.
The specialist will identify and flag issues or potential risks in production, collaborating with relevant teams to follow up until resolution.
This position also requires reviewing player complaints and significant incidents, investigating recurring issues, and updating management as needed.
Alerting IT Support and Shift Managers about any abnormalities or suspicious activity detected on production tables is also part of the role.
The specialist will work closely with multiple departments and teams during their shift and suggest improvements to enhance the overall User Interface and User Experience.
Contributing to updating company rules and procedures within the scope of the role is also expected.

- Technical or higher education (required).
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, Confluence, Jira, and MS Teams (required).
- Ability to work smoothly with others, handle diverse perspectives, and manage potential conflicts with professionalism (required).
- Availability to work in shifting schedules including morning, afternoon, and night (required).
- Ability to clearly explain processes, rules, issues, and innovations (required).
- Comfortable teaching, presenting, and sharing updates (required).
