Account Manager
ARRISE is looking for an Account Manager to join the office-based team in Belgrade. As an Account Manager, the role involves managing a portfolio of clients, supporting their needs, and driving long-term partnerships. The Account Manager plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships, ensuring smooth integrations, and contributing to revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches.
- Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
- Collect, organise, and share promotions from providers with clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management.
- Monitor the respective iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
- Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to maintain service excellence.
- Participate in industry events and client meetings when required.
- 1-2 years experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (required).
- Track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth (required).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills (required).
- Commercially minded with good analytical and problem-solving abilities (required).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) (required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (required).
- Experience with CRM/project tools is a plus (nice-to-have).
- A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to work (required).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events (required).
