Product Designer

Description

Quantum is looking for a Junior Product Designer to join the Digital Experience team in London. The role focuses on turning conversion ideas into designs that can be tested across various brands.

The successful candidate will design homepages, product listing pages, product detail pages, and sign-up journeys for the experimentation programme. By learning from test results, the designer will help build patterns that allow for faster testing and user base growth.

Responsibilities
  • Design test variants for homepages, product listing pages, product detail pages and sign-up flows, from CRO hypothesis to developer-ready file.
  • Help shape the end-to-end user journey, from first visit and registration through to browsing and engaging with offers.
  • Work with CRO, creative and development teams to get experiments live quickly and read what the results tell us.
  • Build and maintain reusable components in the Figma design system so new tests launch faster across brands.
  • Help with qualitative research, from usability sessions to reviewing recordings and survey feedback, to shape better hypotheses.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience working in Product Design (required)
  • A portfolio that shows how you design to get people to take action, from placements, freelance, a course or a first role (required)
  • Confident in Figma, including components and auto layout (required)
  • Curious about conversion: you want to know why one version wins and how to test it (required)
  • Able to take a brief and feedback and move quickly to a clean, considered design (required)
  • Experience in ecommerce, performance marketing, affiliate or lead generation (nice-to-have)
  • You thrive when working as part of a team (required)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment (required)
  • Have excellent written and verbal English skills (required)
  • No ego (required)
Benefits
  • Private Health Care (Bupa)
  • Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
  • Travel Insurance
  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Company Bonus Scheme
  • Paid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)
  • Market-Leading Training Programme
  • Recognition & Reward Scheme
  • Annual Company Conference
  • Regular Happy Hours & Team Lunches
  • Free Coffee, Drinks & Snacks
