Senior Creative Strategist

Description

Quantum is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join the marketing team in London. This role involves owning the creative testing engine behind paid social growth, which requires reading audience data, turning trends into testable concepts within 48 hours, and managing the full loop of briefing, production, and analysis at scale.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving creative volume and diversity across multiple platforms. The role focuses on delivering high-performance assets that cater to different stages of the marketing funnel while maintaining a consistent testing cadence.

Responsibilities
  • Own the creative testing engine end to end, from hypothesis and brief through production, analysis and documentation, so every test compounds into the next.
  • Lift creative volume and diversity to 20+ new test ads a month, spanning lo-fi, UGC and trend-first formats alongside polished work.
  • Monitor competitors and platform trends daily, and turn what matters into a testable concept within 48 hours.
  • Source, brief and manage a network of creators, and cut lo-fi edits yourself when speed matters more than polish.
  • Land three or more platform-native creative themes for every new geo and vertical launch, briefed separately for Meta, TikTok and Snap.
Requirements
  • Several years owning paid social creative end to end, with a track record of test cadence and volume (required).
  • Hands-on experience with UGC and lo-fi production, including sourcing and briefing creators and editing content (required).
  • Fluent across Meta, TikTok and Snap (required).
  • Experience building for the middle of the funnel as well as the most-aware buyer, ideally with DTC or performance brand experience outside iGaming (required).
  • Ability to read creative through hook rate, hold rate and win rate, and run retros (required).
  • Thrive when working as part of a team (required).
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment (required).
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills (required).
  • No ego (required).
Benefits
  • Private Health Care (Bupa)
  • Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
  • Travel Insurance
  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Company Bonus Scheme
  • Paid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)
  • Market-Leading Training Programme
  • Recognition & Reward Scheme
  • Annual Company Conference
  • Regular Happy Hours & Team Lunches
  • Free Coffee, Drinks & Snacks
