Financial Accounting Specialist
Rhino Entertainment Group is seeking a Financial Accounting Specialist responsible for the accurate execution of accounting processes across assigned entities and business areas. The role focuses on transaction processing, reconciliations, month-end activities, financial controls, and maintaining complete supporting documentation.
The position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to maintain compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- Prepare and post accounting journals
- Process accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and recurring entries
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Perform bank, vendor, intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations
- Review supplier invoices and support payment runs
- Support VAT and withholding tax processes
- Maintain audit trails and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
- Perform intercompany recharges where applicable
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
- Solid knowledge of standard accounting and bookkeeping principles and best practices (required)
- Previous working experience in the gaming industry (nice-to-have)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (required)
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including proficiency with Lookups and Pivot Tables (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
