- Deliver customer service through online and phone support
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests
- Inform customers about deals and promotions
- Excellent knowledge of French (required)
- Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner (required)
- Curiosity and interest in digital products and applications (required)
- Strong communication and organisational skills (required)
