Financial Operations Specialist

Description

SoftConstruct is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to join its team. This role is part of the Strategic Partnership Management Department and focuses on overseeing financial transactions, invoicing, and payment processing for partnerships.

The specialist will ensure accuracy and compliance with agreements, track financial performance, and identify opportunities for optimization. They will also assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for partnership initiatives and collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams for transaction reconciliation.

Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between SoftConstruct and partners, supporting the negotiation of financial terms, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role also involves conducting financial analysis and research on market trends to assess partnership viability and providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Furthermore, the specialist will ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, identify potential financial risks, and recommend mitigation strategies, working closely with Compliance and Legal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee financial transactions, invoicing, and payment processing related to partnerships, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreements.
  • Track and analyze financial performance metrics for partnerships, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure timely reconciliation of partner-related transactions.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and partners, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance with agreed financial terms.
  • Support the negotiation and structuring of financial terms in partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating financial records related to partners, ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
  • Address financial inquiries from partners and internal stakeholders, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Conduct financial analysis and research on market trends to assess the financial viability of potential partnerships.
  • Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging financial models relevant to partnerships.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and partnership optimization.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions and partnership agreements comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential financial risks within partnerships and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams to align financial partnership operations with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial operations, partnership management, or a related field. (required)
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or business development is an advantage. (nice-to-have)
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, partnership agreements, and business development. (required)
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and transaction reconciliation. (required)
  • Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to support strategic partnerships. (required)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage financial relationships with partners. (required)
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English. (required)
