Head of Administration & Operations
Creedroomz is looking for a Head of Administration & Operations to work directly with the CEO and take ownership of key administrative and operational projects.
The role involves managing day-to-day operations, suppliers, contractors, and service providers. It also includes leading procurement efforts and negotiating with vendors.
The Head of Administration & Operations will manage construction, renovation, and property-related projects. This includes coordinating multiple projects, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
Responsibilities extend to overseeing warehouse, inventory, and company assets. The role also requires reviewing supplier agreements and commercial contracts from an operational perspective, and preparing budgets, reports, comparisons, and recommendations for management. Proactive problem identification and ensuring tasks are completed from start to finish are key aspects of this position.
- Manage day-to-day operations, suppliers, contractors and service providers.
- Lead procurement and negotiate with vendors.
- Manage construction, renovation and property-related projects.
- Coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, budgets and deliverables.
- Oversee warehouse, inventory and company assets.
- Review supplier agreements and commercial contracts from an operational perspective.
- Prepare budgets, reports, comparisons and recommendations for management.
- Identify problems proactively and ensure tasks are completed from start to finish.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, procurement or project management (required).
- Strong organizational, negotiation and communication skills (required).
- Experience with construction, procurement or property projects is a strong advantage (preferred).
- Good understanding of budgets, quotations and contracts (required).
- High level of ownership, responsibility and problem-solving skills (required).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and documentation skills (required).
- Fluent Armenian and English (required).
- Russian is an advantage (nice-to-have).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel around Armenia when required (required).
