Head of People Analytics
SoftConstruct is looking for an experienced and data-driven Head of People Analytics to lead strategic workforce planning and organisational effectiveness initiatives. This role is critical to aligning talent strategy with business goals through advanced analytics, forecasting, and performance insights.
The Head of People Analytics will build and lead a high-impact team that partners closely with HR, Finance, Strategy, and Business Unit leaders. The objective is to deliver actionable insights that improve workforce efficiency, organisational design, and long-term planning.
- Lead strategic workforce planning, aligning headcount forecasts with business plans, market trends, and organisational goals.
- Develop analytical models to project future talent needs across geographies and functions.
- Design and manage headcount normalization frameworks based on task complexity, process volumes, and service levels.
- Build tools and processes to monitor employee workload, productivity, and utilisation across teams.
- Deliver insights on resource efficiency to support data-driven staffing and budgeting decisions.
- Assess organisational structure effectiveness, identifying improvement areas and recommending optimal team configurations.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Strategy teams to embed analytics into org design, budgeting, and transformation projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and contribute to company-wide performance reviews.
- Build and mentor a team of analysts and ensure high-quality delivery, methodology consistency, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (required)
- 7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, strategic HR, or management consulting (required)
- Strong expertise in data modeling, predictive analytics, and headcount optimization (required)
- Proven experience in organizational design, operating model assessment, or HR transformation (required)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools (required)
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R (nice-to-have)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders (required)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to link talent data to business impact (required)
- Fluent in Russian and English (required)
