Operation Specialist / VBET
SoftConstruct is seeking an Operation Specialist for the VBET brand to oversee all operational aspects within a 24/7 gambling environment. The role focuses on ensuring efficiency, scalability, and high standards of service delivery while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will manage risk, foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and stay informed about industry trends to drive innovation. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining the quality of the gaming experience.
- Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and high standards of service delivery in a 24/7 gambling environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local and international gambling regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gaming practices.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and key internal stakeholders such as Marketing, IT, CRM, CS, and Verification.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in the gambling sector, identifying opportunities for technological innovation and competitive advantage.
- Address the issues raised by customers and follow up until they are fully resolved.
- Publish content on company websites while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field (required).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, CRM, product development cycles, and customer analytics (required).
- Experience within the iGaming context (preferred).
- Proficiency in modern digital tools, workspace platforms, and productivity software (required).
- Strong analytical, logical and mathematical skills (required).
- Excellent command of Armenian, English, and Turkish, both written and verbal (required).
- High level of professional integrity, work ethics, and discretion (required).
