Operational Excellence Business Analyst
SoftConstruct is seeking an Operational Excellence Business Analyst to join their team. The role focuses on leading and supporting the implementation of key business process initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will participate in process mapping, data collection, and analysis to assist in defining business process taxonomy and tracking KPIs. They will analyze operational data to identify specific opportunities for cost-cutting and efficiency improvements, and assess the costs and benefits of transformational initiatives.
This role involves executing efficiency initiatives, tracking results, and forming and analyzing performance dashboards. Collaboration with IT and Holding company stakeholders is essential for documenting requirements and testing solutions for business process automation. The analyst will also facilitate workshops and support the adoption of continuous improvement practices within various company departments.
- Lead and support the implementation of key business process initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in process mapping, data collection, and analysis to assist in defining business process taxonomy and tracking KPIs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or Economics (required).
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvement (required).
- Coursework or certification in Data Science or Project Management (e.g., CAPM or PMP) (required).
- High proficiency in SQL or advanced Excel for data mining and interpreting operational datasets (required).
- Proven ability to build and maintain automated Power BI or Tableau dashboards to track KPIs in real-time (required).
- Skill in translating "business pain points" into "technical requirements" for IT teams (specifically for automation/RPA projects) (required).
- Ability to perform ROI calculations and NPV analysis for proposed efficiency initiatives (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English (required).
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and build consensus with senior leadership, department heads, and corporate partners (required).
- Clear ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights (required).
