Senior Business Analyst
Quantum is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the growing Business Analytics team in London. This role focuses on transforming Rewards and Core data into actionable insights, building robust reporting structures, and utilising AI-native workflows to support strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial analytics landscape, ensuring that data-driven insights are accurate, trusted, and directly influence business outcomes. The position requires a proactive approach to data management and a commitment to mentoring junior team members as the department expands.
- Own the vertical commercial reporting end to end, measuring monthly gross profit, reconciling it to Finance and presenting numbers the board can trust.
- Run and evolve the analytics stack, including the semantic layer, per-brand P&L, LTV cohorts and Single Customer View.
- Turn retention economics into decisions, using cohort and CRM uplift analysis to guide where budget is invested.
- Partner directly with commercial, CRM and Finance stakeholders to answer the questions that move the vertical.
- Set the reporting standards and mentor junior analysts as the pod grows.
- Senior analytics experience owning a commercial vertical end to end (required).
- Strong SQL and BigQuery skills (required).
- Confident dashboarding in Tableau and via LLMs (required).
- Extensive experience building reporting pipelines and interrogating taxonomy, definitions and formulas (required).
- AI native approach to building and shipping reporting with LLM tooling (required).
- Grounded in retention and lifetime value economics, cohort analysis and CRM driven measurement (required).
- Commercial, board facing judgement with the ability to defend numbers to senior stakeholders (required).
- Ability to thrive as part of a team in a fast-paced environment (required).
