Partnership Manager
Popok is searching for a new player to join their team as a Partnership Manager.
The role focuses on strategic partnership development and management, primarily within the iGaming industry. This includes identifying, evaluating, and prioritising potential strategic partners, as well as establishing, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships to ensure alignment with strategic goals and mutual benefits.
The Partnership Manager will oversee the implementation and management of partnership agreements, ensuring successful collaboration and value creation. They will manage a diverse portfolio of partnerships, addressing any issues or challenges that arise and ensuring ongoing alignment with company goals.
Collaboration and integration are key, requiring close work with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Finance, and Legal teams to integrate partnership initiatives across the organisation. Communication with partners will occur through all acceptable company methods. Partnership performance will be monitored through regular reviews to assess outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and optimise relationships.
Business development and market representation involve promoting the company’s services and products to current and potential clients. The Partnership Manager will also represent the company and products at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote partnership capabilities.
General responsibilities include carrying out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labour code.

- Oversee the implementation and management of partnership agreements, ensuring successful collaboration and value creation.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of partnerships, addressing any issues or challenges that arise and ensuring ongoing alignment with company goals.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Finance, and Legal teams to integrate partnership initiatives across the organisation.
- Communicate with partners through all communication methods acceptable to the company.
- Monitor partnership performance, conducting regular reviews to assess outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and optimise relationships.
- Promote the company’s services and products to current and potential clients.
- Represent the company and products at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote partnership capabilities.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labour code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required).
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field (required).
- Demonstrated experience in partnership management, with a focus on developing and managing strategic relationships (required).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with partners (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and optimise partnership performance (required).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within set timelines (required).
- Open to travel for business meetings and industry events (required).
