Product Compliance Manager
SoftConstruct is seeking a new player to join their team as a Product Compliance Manager. This role is responsible for securing and maintaining all compliance-related topics, Jira tasks, and issues regarding Creedroomz, Pascal, Popok Gaming, and other product lines. The Product Compliance Manager will manage and coordinate with Licensing, Certification, Product, and Legal teams to ensure seamless product rollouts.
The position also involves managing external consulting and testing companies utilized for product certification and technical compliance reviews. The Product Compliance Manager will track certification status, manage timelines, and address regulatory inquiries regarding product functionality. Additionally, the role includes carrying out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labour code.
- Secure and maintain all compliance-related topics, Jira tasks, and issues regarding Creedroomz, Pascal, Popok Gaming, and other product lines.
- Manage and coordinate with Licensing, Certification, Product, and Legal teams to ensure seamless product rollouts.
- Manage external consulting and testing companies utilised for product certification and technical compliance reviews.
- Track certification status, manage timelines, and address regulatory inquiries regarding product functionality.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labour code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Law, IT, or related field (required).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in product compliance, software certification, or technical project management in iGaming (required).
- Solid understanding of iGaming product compliance, certification procedures, and testing lab requirements (e.g., GLI, iTech Labs) (required).
- Proficiency in Jira and agile workflow tools for managing tasks and issues (required).
- Fluency in English (required).
- Armenian or Russian is a plus (nice-to-have).
