Senior Compliance Manager
SoftConstruct is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join its team. This role focuses on managing compliance operations for B2B API integrations and B2C brands operating under a Brazilian licence.
The successful candidate will ensure that all platform features, games, and marketing activities align with local regulatory requirements. The role involves acting as a primary point of contact for internal departments and external partners to maintain high standards of regulatory adherence.
- Lead compliance for all B2B API integrations and B2C brands under the Brazilian license.
- Track and implement regulatory rules set by Brazilian authorities (SPA/MF).
- Review platform features, API setups, and games before launch to ensure full compliance.
- Oversee AML/CTF, KYC procedures, Responsible Gaming policies, and player terms.
- Prepare and submit documents for license renewals, technical certifications, and regulatory audits.
- Audit marketing campaigns, websites, and promotions to meet local consumer protection laws.
- Act as the main contact for external partners and internal Product, Legal, Risk, and Tech teams.
- Write and update compliance policies, guidelines, and operating procedures for Brazil.
- 3–5+ years of iGaming compliance experience in both B2B supplier and B2C operator roles (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field (required).
- ICA or CAMS certifications (nice-to-have).
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian iGaming laws (SPA/MF regulations), licensing, and reporting (required).
- Clear understanding of Brazilian AML/CTF rules, CPF verification, LGPD data privacy, and Responsible Gaming (required).
- Familiarity with local payment systems (PIX/Central Bank rules) and iGaming platform certifications (required).
- Good understanding of iGaming products (Sportsbook, Casino, Live Games) and API setups (required).
- Fluent or native Portuguese (spoken and written) and professional English skills (required).
