Sportradar's International Graduate Programme 2027/2028 (m/f/d)
Sportradar's International Graduate Programme develops high-potential early-career talent with the ambition and potential to become future business leaders. It is designed for people who enjoy translating user needs, market insights and data into valuable product and business solutions.
Over 12 months, participants will complete two months of shared onboarding and foundations, followed by two five-month rotations across key business units spanning sports betting, sports media and marketing, fan engagement, iGaming and internal products. The programme will give a broad understanding of Sportradar’s portfolio and operating model while building practical product management capability. Participants will work with product managers, designers, engineers, analysts and commercial colleagues on meaningful business initiatives.
Mentoring from experienced leaders, regular feedback and access to senior stakeholders will support development. Vienna is the programme’s home base. Temporary work at another Sportradar office and international travel may form part of the experience, subject to business needs, budget, policy and work-authorisation requirements. The tailored learning plan will cover product management, commercial and client understanding, data and technology, responsible AI, stakeholder influence and leadership.
