Technical Monitoring Specialist
Wazdan is looking for a Technical Monitoring Specialist to join the technical support team. This role involves supporting the customer service process while developing IT skills.
The specialist will be responsible for observing operational elements and indicators of the Wazdan Platform. This includes responding to failures and problems, contacting secondary support and customer technical support, and communicating with customers via e-mail and chat regarding noticed and reported problems.
Further responsibilities include preliminary analysis and selection of events for further analysis by the second and third lines of support, and keeping a journal of events, failures, and incidents.
- Observation of operational elements indicators of the Wazdan Platform.
- Responding to failures and problems - contacting the secondary support and customer technical support.
- Communicating with customers (e-mail, chat) in the field of noticed and reported problems.
- Preliminary analysis and selection of events for further analysis by the second and third lines of support.
- Keeping a journal of events, failures, and incidents.
- General knowledge of internet technologies (computer networks, communication protocols, data formats) (required).
- Proficiency in reading and analyzing indicators, charts and logs of computer applications (required).
- Good English language skills in speaking and writing (required).
- Strong organisational skills and work discipline (required).
- Ability to work independently (required).
- Availability for 3-shift work pattern (including weekends and holidays) (required).
