COE FP&A Tower Lead
The FP&A Centre of Excellence (COE) Lead in the Global Finance Service Centre (GFSC) plays a vital role in overseeing and leading the FP&A COE pillar. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with the Group FP&A team in London, to whom there is a strong dotted-line reporting relationship. The lead will motivate a team of senior FP&A professionals to deliver services in line with robust Service Level Agreements (SLAs), drive a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality planning, reporting, and analytical support for the Group FP&A function. Additionally, the role is responsible for providing FP&A support for the Manila site.
- Support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Consolidate and validate inputs from business units and functions.
- Ensure financial projections are accurate, timely, and aligned with strategic business drivers.
- Deliver monthly management reporting packs, including variance analysis and performance commentary.
- Conduct scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and business case support.
- Perform variance analysis and support performance tracking activities.
- Identify trends and provide insights to guide decisions and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, commercial, and operations functions.
- Translate financial results and data into clear business narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
- Act as a value-added partner to Core FP&A and regional leaders.
- Drive standardisation and automation of FP&A processes.
- Improve the effectiveness of planning and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, Power BI).
- Ensure accuracy, version control, and governance in all financial models and outputs.
- Support data governance and reporting integrity.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
- Experience within a Shared Services or BPO environment (nice-to-have).
- Deep expertise in FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting (required).
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI) (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage senior leaders and stakeholders (required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to independently manage priorities and deadlines (required).
