Software Developer
888 is looking for a Full Stack Developer to manage the development and maintenance of dynamic systems that comprise the main platform for games and third-party integrations. This role is situated within the Responsible Gaming department, specifically focusing on Compliance and Player Protection.
The position involves infrastructure design, planning, and development. The developer will write server and client components to facilitate communication between various server components, databases, and external systems, while coordinating with team members working across different layers of the infrastructure. The team utilises .Net technologies, React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for both back-end and client-side development.
- Develop and maintain dynamic systems for the main gaming platform and third-party integrations.
- Design, plan, and develop infrastructure.
- Write server and client components to communicate with other server components, databases, and external systems.
- Coordinate with the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
- At least 3 years of experience in complex .NET infrastructure and full-stack application development (required).
- Deep familiarity with C# (required).
- Experience with .Net Core (required).
- Experience with writing and maintaining high volume servers or services (required).
- Experience with relational databases, specifically Microsoft SQL Server (required).
- Experience with Agile methodology (required).
- Experience with React or Angular (preferred).
- Architectural planning skills (preferred).
- Experience with middleware such as Rabbit, MSMQ, or messaging (preferred).
- Experience with microservices architecture (preferred).
