People Partner, Specialist I

The successful candidate will process HR transactions in Workday, including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and salary changes. They will keep data consistency in the HRIS system by verifying that all employee records are accurate and regularly updated. Collaboration with HR Business Partners and other collaborators is key to supporting HR initiatives and projects. Employees will be assisted with Workday-related queries, and mentorship on HR processes and policies will be provided. Reports will be developed and HR data reviewed to facilitate decision-making and optimise processes. Staying current with Workday updates and guidelines, and participating in relevant training and development opportunities is also part of the role.
- Process HR transactions in Workday, including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and salary changes.

- Assist employees with Workday-related queries and provide mentorship on HR processes and policies.
- Develop reports and review HR data to facilitate decision-making and optimise processes.
- Stay current with Workday updates and guidelines, participating in relevant training and development opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRIS systems, preferably Workday (required).
- Demonstrated capability to uphold data accuracy and a keen eye for detail (required).
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with HR Business Partners and other collaborators (required).
- Strong problem-solving skills to support employees with HR-related questions (required).
- Capability to produce and evaluate HR reports to assist in making decisions (required).
- Dedication to staying updated with Workday guidelines and relevant training (required).
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to offer clear mentorship on HR processes and policies (required).
- Ambitious approach with a determination to successfully implement HR initiatives (required).
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
