Product Analyst - Striking & Settlement
Be the knowledge expert in the content offered per Vertical by communicating and highlighting key features, functionalities and overall offering within each Vertical space. Source new content and new content providers that fit within the industry and brand. Account Management for suppliers and vendors that are integrated with. Understand all Product releases and feature sets to have a good understand of what potential opportunities are when implemented. Ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date with the vertical content roadmap and progress, any delays to be communicated – all regions. Ensuring the Product (Web & Mobile) has the most efficient customer experience in the Vertical space. Work with the analytical teams to analyse and understand customer behaviour. Ensure all possible data sources and product functionality are leveraged for decision making on any website and user experience changes. Coordinate the communication, commercials and integrations with providers, and the release of new providers. Communicate with various internal departments to ensure proper and successful launch of new content. Monitoring the performance of content across the various verticals on offer. Collaborate with Product Manager on strategic and suggested changes required for the Websites and scope out the Web Dev Briefing and Change Requests. - Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to legal standards (nice-to-have).
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (nice-to-have).
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) (nice-to-have).
- Ability to use pivot tables and work with an advanced statistical database and statistical methods and functions (nice-to-have).
