Motion/Graphic Designer
Solvy is looking for a Motion/Graphic Designer to join its business, which is developing a full-cycle online platform for working with legal, financial, and personal documents.
In the role of Motion/Graphic Designer, the individual will design and optimise landing pages and funnels, improve the conversion rate of key product pages, and create advertising visuals together with the Creative Lead.
The role also involves supporting the Meta/UAM team with visual testing, conducting A/B testing of design solutions, and improving funnel UX from ad to signup to purchase. The designer will work with product and growth teams to rapidly prototype new hypotheses.
- Design and optimise landing pages / funnels.
- Improve the conversion rate of key product pages.
- Create advertising visuals together with the Creative Lead.
- Support the Meta/UAM team with visual testing.
- Conduct A/B testing of design solutions.
- Improve funnel UX (from ad → signup → purchase).
- Work with product + growth teams.
- Rapidly prototype new hypotheses.
- Has experience in performance / growth design (not just product UI) (required).
- Understands conversion and funnel optimisation (required).
- Has experience creating landing pages / funnels / high-converting pages (required).
- Has experience working with subscription / lead-gen / DTC products (required).
- Can create design that sells (not just “looks good”) (required).
- Has an advanced level of Figma proficiency (required).
- Understands CRO (conversion rate optimisation) (required).
- Has experience with A/B testing of design (required).
- Has a basic understanding of HTML/CSS (nice-to-have).
- Can rapidly prototype and launch changes (required).
- Has experience working with US audiences (required).
