Performance Marketing Lead
We are looking for an Performance Marketing Lead to join our partner team and lead the launch and scaling of new paid acquisition directions across multiple traffic channels. In this role, you will own the strategy, P&L, team building, and experimentation processes while driving performance growth in highly competitive Tier-1 markets.
- Ownership: Own the P&L of the new NightCrew acquisition direction across native, push, apps, ASO, and potential additional channels. Make strategic capital allocation decisions between channels based on ROI and LTV data. Own “scale / kill” decision-making at both channel and connection levels.
- Team building & management: Hire media buyers and channel operators (native buyers, push buyers, apps operators, ASO specialists). Set KPIs, monitor performance, and structure profit-share / retainer compensation models. Build operational SOPs for onboarding new buyers and testing new acquisition channels.
- Cross-team coordination: Coordinate with the existing NightCrew SEO team on cohort sharing and audience overlap. Coordinate with the Email Marketing team on retention layer integration. Collaborate with analytics teams on cross-channel attribution and dashboards. Coordinate with financial control teams regarding budgets and cash flow.
- Strategic experimentation: Decide which new acquisition channels should be tested next (e.g. apps, social, additional paid channels). Develop methodologies for validating new acquisition channels. Generate and apply cross-vertical insights between traffic sources and acquisition models.
- Reporting: Conduct weekly metrics reviews with the CEO of NightCrew. Conduct monthly P&L reviews with financial control teams. Lead quarterly strategic reviews to define future priorities.
- 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid traffic acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 paid channels from: native ads (MGID, Adsterra, RevContent), push notifications (RichAds, PropellerAds), apps/mobile UA, paid social with cloaking, or ASO.
- Experience managing media buyers / acquisition specialists, including hiring, KPI setup, and profit-share structures.
- Previous ownership of P&L and responsibility for revenue/profit outcomes, not just budgets.
- Strong experience with affiliate trackers such as Keitaro, RedTrack, or Voluum.
- Strong understanding of cross-channel attribution, cohort analysis, and LTV calculations.
- Experience working with CPA networks and/or direct in-house affiliate programs.
- Understanding of the full acquisition flow from click to postback, including S2S tracking and postback chains.
- Experience building and iterating pre-landers and advertorial funnels.
- Understanding of email/push retention mechanics.
- Experience using spy tools such as AdPlexity and Anstrex.
- Experience coordinating with SEO, retention/CRM, analytics, and development teams.
- Experience working with external partners using profit-share models.
- Strong negotiation skills for working with networks, CPA platforms, and casino affiliate programs.
- Ability to make strategic capital allocation decisions based on performance data.
