PR Specialist
Boosta is looking for a PR Specialist to develop employer and corporate brands, build media partnerships, and strengthen the company's market reputation. The role involves crafting compelling stories and managing the full cycle of public relations activities to ensure a strong voice for the holding.
The successful candidate will work across a diverse portfolio of brands, including corporate investment funds. The position requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful communication campaigns and maintain high-quality media relations.
- Develop and implement the PR strategy for Boosta Holding, as well as the corporate investment funds Burner.
- Provide PR consulting for the businesses within the holding.
- Develop media relations with Ukrainian media outlets, editors, podcasts, and influencers.
- Manage the full PR materials cycle, from briefing and preparing content (press releases, expert columns, features, comments, etc.) to pitching.
- Collaborate with the writer and internal contributors to create expert content.
- Monitor and analyze the media landscape, including media score, sentiment, and communication effectiveness.
- Coordinate company speakers’ participation, pitch, and organize appearances on podcasts and at conferences.
- Develop and implement 360° campaigns and provide end-to-end PR support for projects.
- Constantly look for collaboration opportunities and develop partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally with the employer brand function, designers, and colleagues across Boosta to deliver joint projects.
- Have 2+ years of experience in PR, either in-house or at an agency (required).
- Are strong in copywriting, editing, and adapting content to different formats (required).
- Have experience building media relations and preparing speakers for public appearances (required).
- Are comfortable with responsibility and a high level of autonomy (required).
- Think strategically and make data-driven decisions (required).
- Enjoy networking and know how to build long-term relationships (required).
