Multimedia Designer
Casumo is looking for a Multimedia Designer to create engaging digital experiences across multiple formats. The role involves shaping how the brand comes to life across marketing, growth, and digital channels through bold campaign visuals, social-first content, motion graphics, video, and animation.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and should be passionate about experimenting with new creative technologies, including AI, to bring ideas to life through design, motion, and storytelling.
- Create engaging visuals, animations, videos, digital assets, banners, and social content that elevate the Casumo brand.
- Produce multimedia content across static, motion, and video formats for brand, marketing, growth, and social campaigns.
- Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Growth teams to transform ideas into compelling digital-first creative.
- Translate campaign concepts into visual stories using design, animation, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Ensure creative output remains fresh, engaging, and aligned with current design trends and best practices.
- Manage projects from concept through to final delivery across design, video, and animation.
- Create high-quality video edits, animated assets, motion graphics, storyboards, and social-first content.
- Bring ideas to life through movement, pacing, transitions, sound, and visual storytelling.
- Produce content optimised for different digital platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
- Maintain exceptional creative quality across every touchpoint.
- Design and produce assets using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Use 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools where appropriate.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with Casumo's visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance design, video, animation, and production workflows.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining creativity, quality, and meeting deadlines.
- Explore emerging AI tools to support ideation, image generation, animation, video production, editing, and creative workflows.
- Use AI to improve efficiency, accelerate production, and elevate creative output.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, templates, and new technologies.
- Stay informed about emerging creative trends and continuously introduce fresh ideas to the team.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand creative briefs and deliver solutions that support brand and commercial objectives.
- Present and communicate creative concepts with confidence, explaining design decisions clearly.
- Welcome feedback and iterate quickly to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Stay up to date with design trends, AI developments, creative technologies, and digital content best practices.
- Draw inspiration from industries such as gaming, entertainment, e-commerce, fashion, and digital media.
- Share ideas, creative references, and inspiration that help keep Casumo's creative work innovative and relevant.
- Around 3–5 years' experience in multimedia, digital, or graphic design, ideally within e-commerce, gaming, entertainment, digital media, or an agency environment. (required)
- We're also open to hearing from talented creatives with slightly less experience and a standout portfolio. (preferred)
- Comfortable working across design, video, animation, and digital content - not just a single discipline. (required)
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, as well as Figma. (required)
- Experience with video editing, motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling. (required)
- Confident using AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, design, video production, and content creation. (required)
- Experience with 3D design or animation tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is considered an advantage. (nice-to-have)
- Good understanding of colour grading, sound editing, and video finishing techniques. (required)
- Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, composition, and overall visual aesthetics. (required)
- Experience creating content across brand, social, performance marketing, and digital campaigns. (required)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. (required)
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. (required)
