Operations Manager
Coolbet is seeking an Operations Manager for Peru to serve as the key operational driver behind its Casino, Sportsbook, and Poker platform. Sitting within the Business Operations Development team, the role acts as a crucial link between local market needs and global product, technology, and executive teams.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an ambitious self-starter determined to establish the Coolbet brand as a market leader in Peru.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Casino, Poker, and Sportsbook platform, monitoring real-time player experience and coordinating platform updates with central tech teams.
- Lead product and game certification processes with testing laboratories, manage regulatory submissions, and ensure complete alignment with Peruvian licensing requirements.
- Manage external relationships across game providers, payment gateways, IT, and legal partners to support feature rollouts and platform continuity.
- Track budgets, analyse key operational metrics (P&L, growth, NPS), and identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Partner with local Marketing and global Product teams to execute localised promotions, product launches, and retention campaigns.
- Act as the voice of the Peruvian market at the group level and represent the company in local industry associations, regulatory forums, and government engagements.
- Minimum 4 years of operational experience in the iGaming industry, with proven success driving P&L, player growth, and NPS. (required)
- Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). (required)
- Direct experience operating in the Peruvian or broader Latin American gaming market, with deep knowledge of local player behaviour and cultural nuances. (required)
- Hands-on experience navigating regulatory frameworks, testing labs, or government relations within the gaming sector. (required)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a proactive individual contributor, using data and experimentation to solve problems. (required)
- Higher education or university degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field. (required)
