Compliance Monitoring and Assurance Specialist
The Compliance Monitoring and Assurance Specialist shall monitor the maintenance of licenses obtained by the Company, conduct periodic reviews and improvements to the relevant procedures and processes of the Company.
The role involves studying laws regulating the iGaming industry to ensure compliance, monitoring adherence to regulatory body requirements, and reviewing technical, legal, and financial requirements for certified products.
Analysis of internal business processes is key to ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. The specialist will also introduce new business processes and automations to minimise risks of manmade or technical errors.
Cooperation with the Product Team is essential to ensure certified games comply with legal requirements. The role also includes reviewing and assessing procedures and reports related to Company licenses to identify risks and cooperating with different departments to configure compliance policies.
Other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor and arising from the duties of the position will also be performed.
- Study the laws regulating the iGaming industry for the licenses obtained in order to ensure the Company remains compliant.
- Monitor compliance to ensure that the Company has remained compliant with the requirements of the regulatory body in the course of time.
- Review the technical, legal and financial requirements set by the regulatory body for certified and/or licensed products.
- Analyze internal business processes to ensure compliance with the regulations and standards of the industry.
- Introduce new business processes and automations in order to minimize risks of potential manmade or technical errors.
- Cooperate with the Product Team to ensure that certified games fully comply with the requirements of the law.
- Review and assess procedures and reports related to Company licenses in order to identify hidden risks or common issues.
- Cooperate with different departments to configure their compliance policies.
- Perform other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor and arising from the duties of the position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Law or related areas (required)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Finance, Economics and/or specializations related to the creation of IT products (technical oriented) (required)
- Knowledge of principles of process management (required)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (required)
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (required)
