HR Records and Documentation Specialist
Digitain is looking for a HR Records and Documentation Specialist to manage employee personnel files and handle internal documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal legal acts.
The specialist will be responsible for data entry into TaxService and Wages systems, including processing new hires and updating existing employee information such as positions and salaries. The role also includes providing necessary certificates and extracts to staff members.
- Managing employee personnel files
- Drafting employment contracts, agreements, internal legal acts, and carrying out current document circulation
- Entering personal data of newly hired employees into TaxService and Wages systems, making necessary changes and additions to personal data, positions, and salaries of existing employees
- Providing certificates and other extracts
- Performing other duties arising from the position
- Higher education (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR and/or accounting (required)
- Good knowledge of Wages HR system, experience in electronic staff registration (required)
- Excellent knowledge of the Labour Code of the Republic of Armenia (required)
- Good practical knowledge of computer software, MS (Word, Excel) (required)
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian (required)
- Knowledge of English and Russian will be considered an advantage (nice-to-have)
- Experience in drafting documents and internal legal acts (required)
- Ability to work with confidential personal information (required)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines (required)
