Customer Service Advisor
Entain is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join its Marketing team. The role is based in Rome and operates on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will manage customer support requests received via email and chat from existing and potential online customers. This will also involve managing outbound service and/or marketing calls.
The role requires identifying customer-impacting issues and applying appropriate procedures for swift resolution. Continuous interaction with departments outside of Customer Service and with suppliers is necessary to resolve reported issues and support involved departments. The position also involves reporting potential system bugs and general user-encountered problems according to established procedures.
- Managing customer support requests received via email and chat from existing and potential online customers.
- Managing outbound service and/or marketing calls.
- Identifying customer-impacting issues and applying appropriate procedures for swift resolution of reports.
- Continuous interaction with departments outside of Customer Service and with suppliers, in order to resolve reported issues and support the involved departments.
- Reporting potential system bugs and general user-encountered problems according to established procedures.
- Native Italian speaker (required).
- Excellent writing skills and excellent verbal communication abilities (required).
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet usage (required).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills (required).
- Excellent stress management and problem-solving skills (required).
- Excellent ability to manage and treat confidential information encountered (required).
- Propensity for teamwork (required).
- Previous experience in customer service (nice-to-have).
- Good knowledge of the English language (nice-to-have).
