Finance Manager - Data & AI
Entain is transforming its Finance department into a world-class, data-driven function. As the new Finance Manager - Data & AI, the role will lead the development and execution of the Finance AI strategy, helping to modernise processes, enhance decision-making, and unlock new ways of working across a global FTSE 100 business.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance professional to sit at the intersection of Finance, Data, Technology, and Transformation, driving meaningful change and helping shape the future of Finance through AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Define and deliver the Finance AI and intelligent automation strategy across the Finance function.
- Build and execute a multi-year roadmap that drives efficiency, strengthens controls, and improves business insight.
- Identify and deliver high-value AI and automation opportunities in partnership with Finance, Technology, and Transformation leaders.
- Lead the implementation of innovative solutions that simplify processes and enhance operational performance.
- Establish robust governance frameworks that enable the responsible and secure use of AI.
- Champion innovation, build organisational capability, and support the adoption of new technologies across Finance.
- Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or relevant experience in finance transformation, finance technology, or data leadership (required).
- Experience delivering large-scale finance transformation, AI, automation, or digital programmes within a complex organisation (required).
- Strong knowledge of finance operations, controls, governance, and financial reporting (required).
- Ability to translate emerging technologies into practical business solutions that create measurable value (required).
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence senior leaders across Finance, Technology, and the wider business (required).
