Product Manager
Entain is looking for a Product Manager to join a mission-driven, cross-functional pod within the Product and Technology Team. This role moves beyond traditional roadmap management, requiring the definition of missions, validation of outcomes through data, and the integration of AI to accelerate discovery, analysis, and delivery.
The Product Manager will operate in a continuous flow environment, prioritising tasks and maintaining high agency within a team that includes engineering and quality functions. The role involves hands-on contribution, including prototyping or scripting with AI assistance, and requires a deep understanding of engineering decisions and system constraints to drive successful business outcomes.
- Define and own the pod's mission - the business outcome, the target customer, the success metrics.
- Validate ideas with data and customer insight before committing the pod to build.
- Use AI agents for discovery, competitive analysis, spec writing, and backlog health.
- Write specs that both humans and AI can parse - clear acceptance criteria, clear "why".
- Operate in continuous flow (Kanban) - prioritise ruthlessly, respect WIP limits, ship daily.
- Map dependencies and integration points across teams.
- Unblock the pod before it gets blocked.
- Get your hands dirty - prototype, script, or contribute code with AI assistance when it moves the mission faster.
- Understand the engineering decisions behind the product - architecture trade-offs, system constraints, deployment impact.
- Track mission KPIs in production and use outcomes to steer what comes next.
- Collaborate across pods, stakeholders, and commercial partners spanning multiple geographies.
- Experienced Product Manager with a track record of delivering excellent digital experiences (required).
- Strong product strategy, discovery, and prioritisation skills - RICE, impact mapping, or equivalent (required).
- Ability to write clear specs and acceptance criteria that engineering and AI agents can act on (required).
- Data-driven decision making - comfortable with KPIs, A/B testing, analytics, and customer research (required).
- Proficiency with AI-assisted workflows - using AI for discovery, competitive analysis, spec writing, and validation (required).
- Experience managing dependencies and stakeholders across international, cross-functional teams (required).
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation - with the ability to adjust for audience (required).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and product lifecycle tooling (required).
- Ability to mentor other Product Managers - onboarding new PMs and supporting the growth of peers through coaching and knowledge-sharing (required).
- Ability to write or modify code with AI assistance - prototyping, scripting, or contributing small changes directly (nice-to-have).
- Engineering degree or technical background - able to engage confidently in architecture and system design discussions (nice-to-have).
- Experience with agent systems, AI evaluation, or building AI-augmented product workflows (nice-to-have).
- Background in industries with strict regulatory requirements (gaming, financial services, healthcare) (nice-to-have).
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, or working directly with design systems (nice-to-have).
