Description

The Third Party Risk Management Senior Manager supports the implementation and ongoing operation of Entain's Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform and framework. This role involves working closely with risk subject matter experts, Procurement, business owners, and other key stakeholders to ensure that proportionate third-party risk processes are embedded and sustained across the organisation.

This is a hands-on position focused on embedding effective Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) practices. The manager is responsible for supporting the development of a consistent risk methodology, configuring TPRM processes and workflows, and managing high-quality business-as-usual activities across the Entain group.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the ongoing development and operation of a Procurement-led, group-wide third-party risk management framework, working with risk SMEs and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end TPRM processes are implemented, maintained, and aligned with regulatory expectations, industry good practice, and business needs.
  • Support the phased rollout and ongoing operationalisation of the TPRM framework across business units and regions, helping transition agreed design principles into a sustainable business-as-usual (BAU) model.
  • Coordinate day-to-day TPRM activity, support effective ways of working within the TPRM team, and help ensure roles, responsibilities, and hand-offs are clear across Procurement, SMEs, and business owners.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding third party risk, working with SMEs, business units, and key suppliers to support risk awareness, clear ownership, and consistent use of TPRM processes.
Requirements
  • 10 years' experience in risk management within a large multinational, publicly held company (preferred).
  • Subject matter expertise in TPRM frameworks and global system implementations (required).
  • Strong track record in launching, scaling, and optimising supply chain and procurement risk programs, ideally for multinational or regulated sectors (required).
  • Experience introducing risk automation, dashboarding, and workflow digitalization for vendor management (required).
  • Proficiency in cross-functional program management, working closely across procurement and other core business areas; tax, finance, ethics, legal etc. (required).
  • Demonstrable ability to balance risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, commercial agility, and operational efficiency (required).
  • Superior business and analytical skills, ability to focus on key issues and solve problems, bring an enterprise mindset, and effectively track and create visibility and report on risk processes and outcomes (required).
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment; ability to cultivate and maintain effective business partner relationships through earned respect and trust; collaboration extends beyond Business Partners and suppliers to include other functional areas with risk SMEs and business owners (required).
Benefits
  • A regular bonus and great pension.
  • 25 days annual leave and all Bankholidays.
  • Extra paid leave, including wellbeing and development days.
  • Life assurance and Income Protection.
  • Private healthcare and wellbeing support.
  • A stake in Entain's success through its ShareSave scheme.
