Administrative Intern (Technical-Technologist)
Evolution is seeking an administrative intern to provide comprehensive support to the company's daily operations. The role focuses on administrative management, resource control, and direct support to operations managers and work teams to ensure the smooth functioning of internal processes.
The intern will be responsible for facilitating the integration of new employees and managing the necessary documentation for the department. This position requires an organised individual capable of handling confidential information with discretion, contributing to the efficient flow of operational activities.
- Support the coordination of operational staff arrivals for each operation shift.
- Maintain control of supplies, stationery, and other resources necessary for operations.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Team Managers.
- Follow up on administrative requests related to Human Resources and other support departments.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring the updating of databases and personnel files.
- Manage the distribution of workwear and fingerprint registration.
- Administer the workwear inventory, controlling incoming, outgoing, and existing stock.
- Organise and update the physical and digital filing of Operations department documentation.
- Receive, record, and follow up on sick leave notifications sent to the department's email, ensuring their correct control and filing.
- Conduct onboarding for new staff and offboarding for departing staff.
- Execute other duties inherent to the role that are assigned by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with operational needs.
