Administrative Intern (PSD)
Evolution is looking for an Administrative Intern to support the internal security team. The role focuses on document management, process control, and the administrative support necessary for the smooth running of the company's security operations.
- Updating security procedures, instructions, and documentation.
- Organising evidence for audits and compliance processes.
- Supporting the preparation of internal and external audits.
- Following up on action plans and findings.
- Consolidating information and evidence required by different departments.
- Supporting the updating and control of access matrices.
- Validating and tracking records related to access controls.
- Supporting administrative activities associated with BioStar and other control systems.
- Updating inventories of cameras and security equipment.
- Supporting the creation and updating of CCTV maps.
- Document tracking related to video surveillance systems.
- Consolidating information for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Updating departmental key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Supporting the creation of regional presentations and reports.
