Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that change requests in existing studios are carried out and for coordinating and planning the relocation of tables. This role involves creating accurate cost estimates for tasks performed, supporting Project Managers with tasks within larger projects, and leading the planning and implementation of their own projects.

The Project Coordinator will facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, and define project tasks and resource requirements. Clear communication with stakeholders, both internal and external, is essential. The role also includes assembling and coordinating project staff, managing project budgets and resource allocation, and planning and scheduling project timelines. Quality assurance for project deliverables will be planned and assured, and progress will be constantly monitored and reported to all stakeholders.

Support will be provided to the Sales Team with communication to clients, and the company will be represented independently. Reports will be presented defining project progress, problems, and solutions. Project changes and interventions will be implemented and managed to achieve project outputs, and project evaluations and assessments of results will be conducted. Pro-active stakeholder management and assistance with internal and external communication are key. Close collaboration with accepted persons for implementing projects/tasks from other departments is required, as is organising communication with third parties participating in the project.

Participation in testing and implementation of project results in a manner that is in accordance with procedures is expected. If necessary, documentation of products, procedures, and programs will be prepared. Familiarity with all current regulations of Evolution Lithuania Ltd. related to daily routines of the job is required. Confidential information about Evolution Lithuania Ltd. customers' or licensees' data, economic situation, accounting indicators, and internal work organisation must not be disclosed to third persons who are not entitled to it professionally or by law.

Proposals for improving products, programs, and work procedures will be made, and participation in bringing those improvements to life is expected. Programs will be used pursuant to user rights, and access to data needed to properly conduct job duties will be granted. Other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and meet the qualifications, will be performed. Replacement of colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences will take place during working time and is not considered additional work.

Requirements
  • At least two years experience from working in a cross-department team in Evolution Gaming (required).
  • Excellent knowledge of English (required).
  • Good level of computer skills (required).
  • The ability to work in a team (required).
  • High sense of responsibility (required).
