Recruiter
Evolution is looking for a Recruiter to join the team in Georgia. This role focuses on managing the candidate pipeline and ensuring high attendance rates for interviews and training sessions.
The Recruiter acts as a primary point of contact for potential employees, presenting the company's value proposition and tailoring communication to meet individual candidate needs. The position requires a proactive approach to maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the broader HR team to meet recruitment targets.
- Conduct calls to candidates, and ensure their attendance to the interview and the training.
- Work with the candidate database, update and follow each candidate status via make call logs and keep accurate records on the information collected during the calls.
- Present and explain the benefits offered by the company and advantage of working with the company.
- Listen to candidates needs and tailor pitch accordingly.
- Follow up with potential candidates who require additional information.
- Stay updated on company news.
- Remain informed about the latest updates within the company.
- Collaborate with the HR team to achieve overall candidates’ attraction goals.
- Unfinished higher education (required)
- Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal (required)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills (required)
- Self-motivated and target-driven (required)
