Talent Acquisition Partner
Evolution is looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join its growing team. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and managing pre-hire activities.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts in Colombia, with the potential for future involvement in other regions as the company expands within the LatAm market.
- Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process for entry-level roles as well as desk-based positions.
- Identify and engage with the best talent on the market.
- Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs.
- Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires.
- Find the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes.
- Take part in active sourcing.
- Set up and maintain recruitment systems.
- Coordinate interview schedules, conduct on-site interviews, and coordinate pre-hire activities.
- At least 4 years of proven hands-on experience in recruitment (required).
- Previous experience in high-volume recruiting (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required).
- Excellent organisation skills (required).
- Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders (required).
- Awareness of labour market trends and recruitment channels in Colombia (required).
- Passion for talent attraction and recruitment (required).
