Talent Acquisition Specialist - Medellin
Evolution is looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing team in Medellin. The specialist will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and managing pre-hire activities.
This role involves leading recruitment efforts in Colombia and managing the full life cycle of the massive recruitment process for Game Presenter roles. The specialist will consult with hiring managers to assess needs, identify talent, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Manage the full life cycle of the massive recruitment process for Game Presenter roles.
- Identify and engage with the best talent on the market.
- Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs.
- Find the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes.
- Take part in active massive sourcing.
- Set up and maintain recruitment systems.
- Coordinate and ensure the completion of all required documentation throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and new hire documentation in accordance with internal processes and requirements.
- 2 years of proven hands-on experience in massive recruitment (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline (required)
- Previous experience in high-volume recruiting (required)
- Experience with Talent acquisition KPIs (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication (required)
- English skills (required)
- Excellent organisation skills (required)
- Awareness of labour market trends and recruitment channels in Colombia (required)
