Talent Acquisition Specialist
Evolution is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the recruitment team and attract and select the right people across Operations and Business Support. The role involves taking ownership of recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a professional candidate experience.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, partner with stakeholders to create effective hiring plans, and promote recruitment best practices. The position requires a focus on continuous improvement and providing guidance to managers in line with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Game Presenter, Shuffler, Game Host, Operations, and Business Support positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create effective hiring plans.
- Create and publish job advertisements, manage applications, and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Conduct individual and group interviews, including competency-based interviews.
- Evaluate candidates using interviews, assessments, reference checks, and other relevant selection methods.
- Manage recruitment partners and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effective services.
- Promote recruitment best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
- Provide recruitment-related guidance to managers in line with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Higher education (required).
- Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English (required).
- Good knowledge of the labour market, recruitment channels, and selection methods (required).
- Experience conducting interviews and preparing competency-based interview questions (required).
- Strong communication and presentation skills (required).
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills (required).
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on accuracy (required).
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills (required).
- Gross monthly salary from 1600 EUR to 1740 EUR plus recruitment bonus.
