Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will plan, develop, and implement talent acquisition strategies within the company. This role involves taking ownership and managing the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent through various channels, with a primary focus on high-volume recruitment.
The specialist will ensure the best candidate experience throughout the attraction, recruitment, and onboarding processes. They will identify and engage with top talent in the market, both locally and internationally, and conduct thorough interviews. Developing a strong understanding of the labour market to provide guidance and advice to internal clients and stakeholders is key. This includes market analysis and candidate profiling.
The role requires tracking and using key metrics to drive continuous improvements in recruitment decisions and the quality of hires. The specialist will assemble and provide data and statistics related to high-volume recruitment for key stakeholders and prepare and monitor budgets for recruitment activities. Close collaboration with hiring managers to understand, assess, and plan hiring needs is essential, as is planning and executing recruitment campaigns.
Maintaining and implementing unified policies and procedures, optimising process workflows efficiently, and working closely with the Employer Branding team for candidate attraction are also core responsibilities. The specialist will deliver high levels of customer service and ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed. Maintaining post-placement contact to ensure new hires are successful, securing the TA team's competence and high performance standards, and engaging in various projects or initiatives within the TA area are also part of the role. Collaboration with TA colleagues in other locations is expected.

- Ensure the best candidate experience throughout attraction, recruitment and on-boarding processes.
- Identify and engage with the best talent on the market, both locally and internationally.
- Undertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on our interview process and managing their expectations effectively.
- Develop strong external knowledge of corresponding labour market to provide guidance and advice to internal clients/stakeholders.
- Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires.

- 2+ years proven hands on experience in recruitment, preferably in a large company (required)
- Experience with high-volume recruitment (required)
- Experience in analysing complex recruitment data (required)
- Excellent knowledge of English (required)
- Expertise in labour market, digital recruitment channels, selection tools (required)
- Strong strategical mindset and analytical thinking (required)
