Marketing Operations Co-Ordinator
You’ll be part of an integral team which is at the heart of the day-to-day function of UK marketing. You will be a crucial part of a team that will be owning and executing the process of migrating all of the UK site’s pages and templates to our new platform.
Execute the migration blueprint by building, formatting, and launching new website pages based on clear technical and structural guidelines. Support the marketing operations team in translating design concepts and existing content into functional, responsive page templates. Audit and map existing content to ensure a seamless transition from the legacy system to the new platform without data loss. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including content, SEO, and design) to ensure all migrated elements meet brand standards and launch deadlines.
- Build out reusable page templates and components within the new platform, ensuring strict adherence to provided instructions.
- Conduct rigorous testing across different browsers and mobile devices to identify and fix layout bugs, broken links, or formatting inconsistencies.
- Working with the wider team to monitor, analyse, and report on site performance metrics (e.g., page load speeds, tracking pixel validation, and user flow) pre- and post-migration.
- Working closely with the SEO team to implement proper redirects, metadata, and analytics tags to preserve search engine rankings and data integrity during the cutover.
- Maintain clear logs of completed tasks and create simple "how-to" notes for any newly built templates to hand off to the permanent team.
