Market Operations Manager
The Market Operations Manager takes operational ownership of a portfolio of Game Lounge’s iGaming affiliate sites, ensuring they remain accurate, engaging, compliant, and commercially competitive. The role focuses on site performance, content and editorial quality, user experience, and the smooth execution of operational activities across assigned markets.
Game Lounge requires this individual to coordinate site priorities and use data, AI, and automation to identify opportunities, improve workflows, and continuously strengthen site performance. The role involves working closely with teams across SEO, Content, Sales, Design, Video, Social Media, CRM, Marketing, and Tech.
- Take day-to-day operational ownership of assigned sites, monitoring performance, traffic, engagement, and commercial outcomes.
- Manage the production, review, approval, and publication of content in line with SEO priorities and market needs.
- Take editorial responsibility for content published across assigned sites, ensuring it is accurate, relevant, engaging, and compliant.
- Review and proofread content produced by internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and AI-supported workflows before publication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site content, including offers, bonus information, T&Cs, licence details, responsible gambling information, and other market-specific requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve content, UX, site engagement, brand positioning, and commercial performance.
- Manage and maintain widgets, casino cards, toplists, promotional placements, and other on-site commercial content.
- Work closely with SEO to identify content opportunities, keyword gaps, industry trends, and changes in search behaviour.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve content and operational workflows while maintaining strong quality and accuracy standards.
- Support the integration of video, social media, streamer, and creator content across assigned sites.
- Monitor site and content performance using analytics, SEO, and internal reporting tools, escalating issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure site updates, campaigns, content requests, and commercial priorities are delivered accurately and on time.
- Ensure site activity follows relevant compliance, responsible gambling, and internal requirements across assigned markets.
- Review AI-generated or materially AI-modified content before publication, applying appropriate editorial standards and supporting the responsible and transparent use of AI, including disclosure, record-keeping and compliance requirements where applicable.
- Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, digital publishing, content operations, or a similar environment (required).
- Experience managing or contributing to content-led websites (required).
- Strong editorial judgement with excellent attention to detail and accuracy (required).
- Comfortable working with WordPress or a similar CMS (required).
- Good understanding of SEO, digital performance, and content optimisation (required).
- Experience working with analytics and SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar (required).
- Familiarity with AI content tools and automated workflows, with the ability to apply them without compromising quality (required).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or the confidence to troubleshoot straightforward site issues (required).
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams (required).
- Proactive, commercially aware mindset with a focus on continuous improvement (required).
- Strong written and spoken English (required).
- Additional languages relevant to assigned markets (nice-to-have).
