Description

The Talent Acquisition team shapes how new talent joins the organisation, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment and onboarding experience.

This role combines hands-on recruitment expertise with a growth mindset. It helps attract top talent, embeds company values throughout the hiring journey, and explores smarter ways of working through automation and AI.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding for business roles, with occasional hiring for technical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to design effective interview processes that ensure a high quality of candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey.
  • Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through transparent communication and a well-structured recruitment process.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders internally and for new joiners, collaborating across teams to deliver a positive experience and a smooth onboarding journey.
  • Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at local career fairs and talent attraction events, strengthening the employer brand and building relationships with potential candidates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes by leveraging automation, AI, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally hiring for business roles with occasional exposure to technical recruitment (required).
  • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms (required).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike (required).
  • Proactive, well-organised, and solution-oriented, with a growth mindset and a genuine interest in leveraging automation and AI to continuously enhance recruitment processes and the candidate experience (required).
  • Experience with local talent attraction initiatives and a passion for employer branding (nice-to-have).
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (required).

  • The minimum gross annual salary for this position according to the applicable collective agreement is €46.000 (full-time basis, paid in 14 salaries). A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
