Middle .NET Developer
Growe is seeking a Middle .NET Developer to join its team in Europe. The role focuses on delivering backend development initiatives and ensuring the production of clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
The successful candidate will coordinate cross-team interactions and manage dependencies for assigned projects. Working under the guidance of a Tech Lead, the developer will take ownership of initiatives while contributing to the overall reliability, performance, and maintainability of production systems.
- Deliver backend development initiatives.
- Write clean, readable, maintainable, and well-structured code.
- Coordinate cross-team interactions and dependencies within assigned initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned initiatives under the Tech Lead’s review.
- Contribute to the reliability, performance, and maintainability of production systems.
- 3+ years of commercial backend development experience with C# / .NET 6+, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core (required)
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems (required)
- Advanced experience with asynchronous communication and event-driven architecture (required)
- Experience working with message brokers such as Kafka or similar (required)
- In-depth knowledge of relational databases, including SQL, transactions, indexing, and performance optimization (required)
- PostgreSQL is an advantage (nice-to-have)
- Advanced experience with ORM tools, such as Entity Framework (required)
- Experience writing unit and integration tests (required)
- Advanced knowledge of authentication and authorization, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (required)
- Understanding of software design principles, including SOLID, separation of concerns, and testability (required)
- Understanding of observability and monitoring in production systems (required)
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability (required)
- Ability to work independently on both trivial and non-trivial initiatives (required)
