Game Mathematician

IGT is looking for talented Game Mathematicians based in Serbia who are passionate about creating engaging, data-driven gaming experiences. As a Game Mathematician, you will play a key role in shaping the player experience by designing and analyzing the mathematical models behind our games. You will contribute across the full game development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing mathematical models for casino games, including RTP, volatility, and overall game behavior.
Creating math for original titles for digital or land-based games.
Producing clear and detailed mathematical documentation (math models, game logic)
Testing and validating game outcomes using Excel, simulations, and internal tools
Supporting development teams with mathematical insights and ensuring accuracy throughout production

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., game design, mathematics, statistics)
Experience with real money casino games.
Solid experience with MS Excel and basic programming knowledge (C++, C#, or similar language)
